“Ellioth did a great job on getting the stains out of my seats and the carpets look fantastic. The outside of the vehicle is still pretty dirty. There was stuff I could scratch off this my finger, there was a magnet on the back that came right off that he didnt move and clean under, mirrors and windows weren't clean and the headliner wasn't even touched which is why I paid for the $300 service with the $50 stain treatments. My car seats were pretty bad so im guessing he just ran out of time to do the outside properly. I also didnt do a walk through with him- he was on a tight schedule- so I didnt have a chance to point any of that out to him.”

“Julio did an outstanding job with the interior detailing a 2024 Hyundai Tucson. He managed to remove a bad odor from the trunk from some manure that I spilled and stains from the back seat. When he was done it looked almost brand new! and the bad smell was gone. “I don’t usually write bad reviews unless the service is particularly horrible- and I’m afraid this place is particularly horrible. I was looking for a mobile detailing place to clean vomit out of my car this place claimed to specialize in vomit. The vomit was particularly bad, which I was very honest about. They told me the service would be $250. Once they had already locked me in and took my credit card, they said it would actually be $350. The vomit was really bad, so I let it go. However, they did a horrible job cleaning the car and I’m not even sure what I paid for. There was still vomit on seats they had claimed to clean, the windshield, center console, and dashboard. They couldn’t clean the areas I actually asked them to clean, yet they took everything out of my trunk and cleaned the entire thing, which I had specifically asked them not to do. I’ve spent hours this week cleaning my car on my own even though I paid these people $350 to deal with it. I sent this place picture of what they’d be cleaning prior to their arrival- If they’re not willing to clean vomit, don’t accept the job in the first place.”

“This was awful! The access water was left on and the kitchen was wet including the counter tops and floors. The van floor mats were left outside in the rain. There was residue left all over the van and there are a lot of other details as well that were missed and not gone over well. Seth seemed okay at first. My daughters said he was weird and off standish when they did try to talk to him and he would flat out ignore them or say something about how he had to get stuff really wet and rub it real hard! Not appropriate! This is a solid pass from me. Plus I think it was way too expensive for what I personally could do myself. The trim was onced over at best. The carpets and seats were shampooed but everything else was once overed at best. The alloy wheels were cleaned on the outside only. Lots of break dust still there and yellow stuff. When we called and talked to Keith about rectifying the situation he laughed at me. This company is not professional at all!! And it was nearly $400.00 for this job!

“I had very high hopes for getting my car detailed, unfortunately, this whole process was a bit of a headache without a completely satisfactory reward at the end. I originally scheduled for a Tuesday morning 9am to 1pm; I was called the night before with a request to change to the afternoon for the same day. I text back and let Jared know that would actually not work, but I got rescheduled anyway for that afternoon at 1:30pm. It rolled around to 2 pm and still no one had come. I received a call that it would be another 30 minutes before the tech would arrive and I let Keith know that would not work, as I had already said that I couldn’t do the afternoon but was rescheduled anyway. He apologized and asked if the next day, Wednesday, would work. I agreed and was scheduled for Wednesday at 9 am. The detailer showed up Wednesday at 9:45am, he was here for 4 hours as stated and worked hard, I appreciate that. However, for what I expected and paid for some of the work was really sub-par. The exterior job was beautiful and the paint looked amazing. The interior was not what I expected. None of the back windows or my sunroof were cleaned on the inside. There was also splatters of cleaner on my seats. I was not asked to come and inspect the car after the job, so I did not see it until he left. I would say the majority of the job was good and satisfactory, but not good enough for paying $450. Overall, I am very turned away with this process and will not be hiring this company again. Be flexible if you schedule a mobile detail.”
