“Excellent, they know what they're doing. The food was good quality, they have parking, they're open on Saturdays, and they're open to everyone. I don't have to put up with places that refuse to sell to you because you need a license.”

“I wish I could give 10 stars because they have done amazing work. From Jeremy taking the calls to all the technicians; the staff are polite and professional. I’m so thankful to have Zone Heating And Air Conditioning service. I highly recommend.”

“My experience with this company was terrible I called them on Saturday they said the tech was going to come out on Sunday , he never showed, I had to constantly call them to follow up on the visit - the tech said he was not able to make it on Sunday and that he going to come by Monday morning – I understand you get busy all OK – So Monday comes around and after reaching out every hour he finally arrived Monday night - charged me to replace a $30 part the take him 10 min to change for a little under $500- I thought fine as long as my furnace is fixed and a few days later the same original issue happened – I called the company stating the issue is still not fixed - the company said they will have the same tech come out the next day which he did – the tech told me it was a different issue and he would let me know the cost that will fix the problem, but he never let me know the cost – hold on but wait? I spend almost $500 ! What was that for then? They never fixed the original problem - I just gave up on them – and felt robbed. I am giving them two stars simply because I am in a good mood today and they did come out and look at the issue and the tech did seem nice – another concern that raises a flag - the reviewers have to be fake, for example Charles Lee; that reviewed two heating and cooling places during the same time in different totally different areas , and with two other reviewers with the similar last names Hanson and Hansen?- and every reviewer gave them 5 stars and stating same day service? That never happened with my experience - If those are real reviews then the company changed and starting to go down hill.. Sorry wish I could give them 5 stars - I do enjoy giving awesome reviews when there is good experience but not with this business – please look elsewhere and be warned.”

“We purchased our home a couple of months ago and inquired about an AC maintenance program. The serviceman from Zone Heating And Air Conditioning came out and could not have been a bigger help. He was on time, courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. He walked us through/performed some basic maintenance and gave us some items to look for in the future. Very satisfied. Looking forward to using them on a regular basis. Thanks.”

“Honestly if I could give zero stars I would. First they talked me into getting what they called a “subscription” for $200 which would allow me to have a tech come out anytime for no additional fee. I thought it was a good idea, it wasn’t. The tech arrived and seemed like a good guy. Told me that it was an old furnace (It’s 10 years old) and tried to sell me on a whole new furnace for $10,000!! After I told him I wasn’t going to buy a new furnace then he said he would replace some parts and make sure that he gets it running to where it will last through the winter. He charged me $500 (which he had me send to his private Zelle account and I thought that was suspicious). He left and and the problem was not fixed. The heat was not blowing into the house. I called the company back because I had paid for the subscription, and the customer service person said that they would forward my information to a supervisor and someone would call me back. No one called back. I attempted this 3 times and no one ever called me back and a technician was never sent out. I ended up calling a different more reputable company to come out and look at the furnace, after being out $700 with Zone heating!! The reputable tech looked at the furnace and showed me that no parts were replaced on the furnace. The only thing that was new was the air filter. That man from zone heating came out and I spent $700 for him to change my air filter!!! Once the tech from the reputable company was done looking over the furnace he determined that all I needed was a $20 capacitor and a $15 thermostat. He changed it for me for free because he was upset that the tech from Zone railroaded me. Zero stars for Zone heating!! This place is running a racket or they have a rogue tech who is stiffing the clientele.”
