“I was able to have a tech come only thirty mins after I called on a Saturday. Not only was he knowledgeable, he was on top of things and didn't take long to find the problem. It's now hours since he left and I got right on it calling and sending emails to the office manager and the hoa president. They contacted the contractors who caused the problem and they have been here for hours trying to fix things. They even called a a/c person from another company to help. So, hopefully I'll have a/c soon. And yes, I will be reimbursed the money that I had to pay to find out what was wrong. I would recommend Greens to anyone needing service. Keep up the good work and thanks for being honest. I'll be in touch to get the preventive maintenance service done.

“Greens Energy has been our A/C company for at least 12 years. We bought our last A/C from them and recently bought Amana. Greens also services our A/C twice a year for regular maintenance. Installers, Joel, Garrett, and Tom, and techs are great along with sales, Russell, and office staff, Heidi. One technician in particular, David Dean, has been very responsive and supportive in our newest A/C installation and an issue we had with Duke Energy. Thank you David and the whole Greens team for helping make a frustrating situation work out for us.

“I recently had an HVAC installed by Greens Energy Service on 4/5/24. The agent Russel Lee show me the different quote proposals, I choice the Bryant Heat Pump and Bryant Air Handler. Two days after installation I noticed the Air Handler says "Payne." Monday I email Greens Energy than two days later Mr. Green returned my call. He tried to convince me how great a Payne was. I reminded him that is not what I wanted nor what I Paid Him For In Full! He said if I only wanted the name "Bryant" label on my unit he could have the guys put a Bryant label on it, that it was an easy change. I informed him I had contacted Bryant Manufacture and they explained all were from "Carrier," Carrier the most expensive, than Bryant and Payne being the least economical, though if I purchased a Bryant than a Bryant should have been deliver to me! Mr. Green apologized, tried to blame his technicians, I responded, " Let's not do that, they work hard and work with what they are given. He than said he'd contact the manufactures to see how this happen an would call me back as he wanted to do right and keep me as a customer. Since that conversation Mr. Green has avoided my emails and my calls.
Another issue I had was on service day an air filter would be placed on the outside instead of the unit. The techs explain they would not be able to, so I told them that needs to be deducted from the prior pricing. The sales agent was call and he responded take out $100. I contacted the sales agent and he told me how he could only take that much out, that he didn't have the means to know how much each item would have cost. I am sure someone had to have this itemized in the office or how did they come up with $9,786!
I would have love to continue using this company because the techs and ladies at the office have been very kind and professional. My quarrel is not with them. If Greens Energy Service ratings go down it is on Mr. Green and those like him quick to take the money and not care about consumers. I was priced a Bryant and than a mix match was made that cost less, not what I was quote on proposal or charged. As the owner Mr. Green has the ability and the responsibility to correct this and make it right!”
