“I am out of state attending a college university. My mother always told me she wanted a beautiful patio while growing up. For my mother’s birthday I promised her a new patio and found Joe Jr Services. Their high quality reviews and portfolio attracted me the most. I contacted the company and upon my first phone call I felt confident this was the company I would move forward with. The came out to visit my mothers property and sent me a quote that evening. We got the work started the following week and they took photos of the whole process to make sure I understood everything. The patio came out amazing and my mother said that she was very please with their bar nun customer service and exceptional work.

“I hate to leave a negative review for a locally run company, but I wanted to warn people about my condo's horrible experience with this company. Basically, Joe and his team did a small fraction of the work they agreed to for our condo building, and the little work they did end up doing was very sloppily done. In fact, one of the condo building residents ended up having to redo a lot of it herself!
When we asked Joe about the issue, he just said that the work was good. He also said one of his workers had driven by in the alley and confirmed that the work was good, which is ridiculous because you can only see a tiny sliver of our backyard from the alley; the majority of the yard is blocked by fencing and a huge brick garage. We said that we would not pay the remaining balance until the issues were resolved, but then Joe went ahead and charged my husband's personal credit card without consent. (My husband is the condo secretary and his card was used for the deposit; he had expressly told Joe NOT to charge it for anything else because we planned to pay the balance by check.)
We are now taking him to small claims court to retrieve the losses. All in all, a really awful experience.
***EDIT: I am editing this review to respond to the completely infuriating and unacceptable response from the company trying to pin the blame on the association. To be clear, the company's work was shoddy and incomplete from the get-go and had to be completely redone by us. Nothing prematurely died. In fact, all condo owners shared an Excel spreadsheet to split watering tasks, and we took excellent care of the lawn after one of our residents seeded new grass in the sections that Joe Jr's Landscapes completely overlooked (and then charged us for). This type of response just goes to show that this company is not to be trusted and will do whatever it takes to avoid responsibility and to bilk customers of their money.
