“Legitimately awful service. Booked unloading & assembly services a month in advance. The day of, we get an email saying someone was assigned and would arrive at 7-8pm. NEVER showed up! Had no bed to sleep on, no clothes, nothing.
The kicker is - we called LoadUp and they told us they’d reschedule us for the next morning. No offer of a discount, nothing. Mid-phone call, it gets disconnected because it was “after-hours” and we’d have to call the next day.
