This company stands by their name, loyalty, to their customers. The first job I got done with loyalty Plumbing a year ago was I needed a sink ASAP. They gave me a great price for the labor and they did it in the same night. I called at 4 PM they came out 45mins and started on the job and took away my old sink and put in the new sink and the fixtures, and then added the reverse osmosis that gives good water. 😂 They were very polite and as they were working they were answering all my questions and they were happy to do it. The owner of Loyalty Plumbing, Alexy is so amazing she makes you feel at home. And if there’s anything wrong, she’ll make sure her loyalty employees are out to do the job ASAP and they do it right. It’s going on two years and never had to call them back to refix any work they done.👍. The most awesome thing is being a member of Loyalty Plumbing because you get some perks. Alexy herself calls to remind you once a year to come out to make sure everything is working well in your home. You get amazing discounts on anything that needs to be done and they have amazing financing if needed. So last year I asked them about a water heater and a tankless water heater. There incredible Alex came out for the yearly maintenance he was funny, friendly, and answered any questions I had and was very patient. Alex drained the water heater out. It had rust in the water. He was letting me know that the water heater is old and needed to be replaced. He gave me two options another water heater or a tankless water heater. They both was priced very well, but we decided to go with the tankless water heater December 2023. They also refreshed my water softener tank that works even more amazing than before. I love the tankless water heater they put in. It feels so good to get hot water at all times. Angel and his partner Noah was the ones that put in my tankless water heater. And they did a great job. My HOA community is very strict on how things should look on the outside of your home. Alexy went out her way to match the paint that I have on the side of my house, sent Brian to paint the pipes from the tankless water heater. Just a week ago, my water softener was leaking and they sent out Adrian On a Sunday. he was smiling when he reached the garage door. I told him about the leak from the softener and the salt smelled moldy. He went the extra mile of kindness. He poured it out and cleaned the softener can. That brought tears to my eyes not only he rinsed the can out, He even put it back in good condition and then tightened up the hose that was leaking and regenerated the softener and poured the two new bags of salt softener in my garage into the can. He also shoveled up the old salt from the street and put it in the trashcan and cleaned up after. Adrian Was also happy to answer any questions I had on the softener and he also said if anything happens, just call them back. I was so happy, I gave Adrian a big hug and, pineapple juice and homemade chocolate chip cookies🍪. Even my cats are happy with Loyalty Plumbing and they are very hard to please.😂🤣😂 I also don't want to forget their amazing Justin that's in the Financial department. His Voice sounds so calm and relaxed. He needs his own radio station🤩.”

“I initially contacted Loyalty to secure an apparent past water pipe "leak" as part of a purchase inspection. Long story short, I recalled Loyalty after a check valve failed and then again when the gas company determined my water heater was improperly vented. Eventually we had to replace the water heater with a properly vented one. Their quality of workmanship, the dedication to resolving the issue, and the commitment to completing the job were above and beyond my expectations. I could not have been more satisfied. I have since requested Loyalty to install a Hague water softening system with filter and reverse osmosis filter for drinking water. Again, the product and quality of workmanship for installation was outstanding. Our water tastes great, ice cubes are crystal clear and the soft water is fantastic. Marlon, Jared, and Nick are professionals in every way. What I like best is that they give me confidence that things are done right with the best appliances for my need. I just renewed my club membership for another year knowing that all my plumbing needs will be attended promptly and correctly.
