“My insurance carrier selected this service provider. They were estimated to come for a battery jump. I was contacted by Justin who informed me he was outside. I got outside and there was no one there. I called him back and he stated “Oh, I called the wrong person. They have the same color vehicle. You’re next and you still have 23 minutes.” I replied ok and disconnected the call. He then proceeded to cancel the service request by telling my insurance he could no longer do the service. I texted the same number and asked him why did he cancel for his mistake and he said he canceled bc of my rudeness in response to his mistake and that he didn’t have to help me. I guess saying ok is considered rude to him instead of taking accountability for the mistake. As a woman (or anyone for that matter), it is already stressful to have to contact roadside and as a man, he should be ashamed! I also told him these words verbatim. I would never recommend a company with such poor customer service and lack of accountability. His cancellation caused my insurance to request a new service provider which was an additional 45-60 min wait. That was rude, inconsiderate, and quite frankly, very nasty of him to do. I would give zero stars if I could.”
