I booked Mynt Mobile Detailing for their Premium Package + $225 paint correction. Total came out to nearly $500. The results? Completely unacceptable.
There were visible glue residues, poop stains still on the car, and overall poor quality work — even after I specifically asked for those issues to be addressed. The paint correction looked untouched, and nothing resembled what they advertise in their marketing photos.
The owner, John, acknowledged the poor quality, apologized, and said he would "make it right." He even mentioned injuring his back to gain sympathy. But after that, his professionalism completely vanished.
He gave me a vague time window to return and fix the job, then became a no-show. No follow-up, no communication. I had to reach out multiple times just to get a response — only for him to text me hours later asking if he could come “now.” By that point, I had lost all confidence.
I was patient and fair, but Mynt Mobile Detailing showed zero accountability. I paid for premium service and got bottom-barrel results. They overpromise and underdeliver — and once they have your money, they don’t care.
To make matters worse, I later checked their Google reviews and found that multiple people have had similar experiences — poor work, lack of communication, and no-shows. This seems to be a pattern, not a one-time fluke.
Take your car — and your money — somewhere else. I’m pursuing further action at this point.”

“My original detailer wasn't available so I decided to venture out and try Mynt Mobile Detailing. Communication was great in trying to set up service. When they did come out, they had an issue with their equipment and had to schedule me for the next day. No problem there. I paid for their advanced package which came out to $180. For that price, I was expecting a very good job in the detail and wash.
I understand that my truck isn't in the best condition but it felt like they just breezed through and didn't clean some areas or just half-assed cleaned them. When he said he was done I pointed out some areas that he missed like streaks on the windows or the handle on the headliner that still had dirt on it.
Once he finished cleaning those areas he confirmed payment for the remaining amount and left shortly after. I walked around the truck and took photos of all the areas that he cleaned but were still dirty. Dirt inside the vents, more streaks on windows, dried water marks (they came easily off with a rag, last photo), sun glass holder had some sticky stuff that I was able to wipe off with a wet rag.
Overall: For the level of service provided for the amount I paid for their advance package, it was not worth it. I'll just be patient and wait for my regular detailer next time.”
