“Ken at ShineXD was a pleasure to work with as he was the one who came over to do my initial site survey. Very informative, professional, and trustworthy. He explained to me the entire process, what he recommends and with my feedback we came up with an action plan. My issue was birds that started to accumulate on my roof, making noises taking dumps all over my pavers, and just being a total nuisance. My setup consisted of a customized birdproofing net, critter guarding with a complete cleaning of my gutters. Roughly three weeks later I can honestly say the bird poop has been minimal to nonexistent and I only have Ken, Fredo and his team for excellent work, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. I'm very pleased with the job done and I'd definitely recommend.”
