“I contacted Steve’s Hauling service several days before I needed my construction debris removed. Once I finish a construction job I need to remove all of the waste from the property. Steve called me the late afternoon before he was scheduled to arrive and told me his almost new truck had stopped working. He said he was going to rent a truck and would be a few minutes late arriving to take care of my pile of trash. I was slightly concerned he would arrive as I had a tight time schedule.
