“Mitigation Team - Fast, reliable, always in communication and friendly. Restoration Team - Lack of commitment, over priced and no follow up even after insurance has approved payment. Mitigation Danny Maiello, probably the best specialist i have ever dealt with, he was always on time, even communicated on his day off, professional and friendly. if water or any damage happens again i will definitely chose paul davis for Mitigation work ONLY. Restoration Don't bother, they over priced me, did not want to commit to a time line, kept saying need to apply for permits, which could take 2weeks - 2 months ??? (for a put back) then said it will take 2 weeks after approval of permits, and it should take 2 months at least, called 2 other restoration companies both came in less than 1/2 of what they were trying to charge and committed to 8 days total with permits ! - even after Insurance approved payment it's been 2 days still no call even to follow up! The only reason i gave 5 stars because of the Mitigation only and for Danny's part in all of this.. for Restoration i will give them zero stars. “In summary, our furniture was relocated between rooms without the execution of a proper pack-out. During the repair process, our items were intermittently covered, yet they were still exposed to airborne dust, which settled on the surfaces of our furniture. It is important to note that we have only had our custom sectional for a duration of four months. We are still making payments on a custom sectional that we no longer possess, while the dining table and chairs have sustained damage. During this time, our dining table has served the purpose of supporting various items, remaining uncovered.This issue came to our attention when my wife was sharing images documenting the progress of our home renovations with a friend while Paul Davis was conducting the repairs. At this point, we learned that a pack-out should have been performed prior to the commencement of repairs in order to safeguard our items from additional damage. It is also important to note that we were advised not to remain in the house during these repairs due to the presence of category 3 dust resulting from the cutting of the walls. Once this information was revealed to us, we made the decision to halt further work by Paul Davis and engage the services of Elevate Restoration. I've reached out to Steve McNabb and have observed that my attempts to communicate with him have gone unanswered? In reference to Paul Davis, I informed my insurance adjuster of the situation, which resulted in your removal from the job. I must admit, I am experiencing some confusion regarding this matter. Did you not inquire about the reasons behind your reassignment during the repair process? When I initially contacted Steve, I did not receive an automated response, which is typically what I expect when individuals are away on vacation or traveling for work. It was only after I submitted this review that he reached out to me. I provided the requested time-stamped photographs, yet Steve McNabb has not responded in a span of 20 days. It is quite remarkable how your organization operates.”

“Sam, Chris and Fabian were awesome. They were professional, on time and did a great job throughout the entire dreadful process of remediation from water damage. They cut out the ceiling of the living room and pulled out the tile of the upstairs bathroom. I was impressed of how clean they kept the areas. Sam called everyday upon arrival just to let me know they were outside and they were always on time. They kept me in the loop of the project the entire time and I always knew what to expect.”
