“4 years ago Kirklands installed a heat pump and air conditioning system. 100% total satisfaction! My old system was a gas furnace and I decided to go to heat pump to eliminate high gas prices. Professional tech advised me of size and make of unit. Again 4 years ago……. My husband and I are totally satisfied with operation of unit. A day ago I called for checkup before turning on heat, Matthew came out the same day did service check and again unit checked out perfect thanks to the great installation!! Dennis arrived early and got in there and charged the A/C unit and added refrigerant easily and in no time flat! The new HVAC was installed in the winter time so it could not be added then so they asked me to call when it came time to charge it. I called and they were here the next morning to make it happen! I am super happy and the customer service is impeccable!

Matthew came to my home to diagnose and fix my A/C unit with no hesitation. I have been told sooo many lies and was given false mis-diagnosis of my A/C unit by other vendors but when Kirkland was referred to me regarding my A/C unit I wished I had called them long time ago or knew about this company long time ago.
