I received follow-up communication regarding the resolution, my neighbors shared similar positive experiences. This provided us with the opportunity to replace our shared fence and gates with new materials. The fence looks stunning and functions flawlessly. They even accommodated the installation of custom standard handles, allowing me to use a fingerprint sensor and lock code for access. Our project manager, Tyler, was incredibly patient and attentive, waiting patiently for the arrival of our custom order of parts. Once the parts arrived, they completed the project quite swiftly.

“Balboa Fence have a variety of products to meet new City of San Diego zone zero requirements that are not only legal, but will also fit your insurers requirements for non-combustible fencing and gates within 5ft of your house. Partner Will Kaner saw the handwriting on the wall a year ago for more noncombustible options - he will not try to sell you fencing that doesn't meet the new codes. My neighbor and I selected an open steel powder coated fence and gates that we could afford, and yet still look nice. Pricing was competitive and knowledge was excellent. They met their timeline and were very customer service oriented. Pricing includes tear down and haul away of old fencing, no hidden add ons. Professional, pleasant and quality work. Highest recommendation, will use again (for the other side of our yard for a fence shared with a different neighbor.”
