“This happened back in December. I filed a claim, and they completely ignored me. It's a horrible and horrendous company. I plan to send my information to their legal department. Hello, I am requesting a full refund of the Kwik Kar bill that I attached due to your company's neglectful actions toward my car. I have attached thorough documentation to support my claims. I have a major concern regarding Juan, who worked on my vehicle on December 24th. He indicated that he could fix my oil pressure switch, but he did not. The check engine light remained on. He failed to ensure the problem was fixed. He vacated the premises before I could ask any questions. After I tried contacting him numerous times via text message and phone call, he then responded to me about two weeks later after I wrote a bad review. He sent me extremely unprofessional text messages riddled with profanity and defaming my character. Before I had a chance to respond, he blocked me. I have those text messages attached. However, my paramount concern is my vehicle and the money that I spent fixing a problem caused by your worker's negligence. Since the problem was not fixed, Jacinto, the next mechanic came out and saw the codes- knock sensor and oil sensor switch- were still showing in the diagnostic. Jacinto did not take apart the engine to verify that the oil pressure sensor switch was placed in the engine correctly. He assumed it was the oil pump. Again, this clearly indicates the first individual did not complete the job correctly, and subsequently causing more damage to my vehicle. I went to get another opinion about my vehicle. I do not need an oil pump. The issue was with the damaged parts caused by your worker who claimed he replaced the oil pressure switch, and if he did, he did not replace it correctly. Moreover, while he was working, he damaged the knock sensor harness and connector; he did not properly secure my engine, and he broke other parts of my vehicle, which has caused further damage. I have attached pictures and videos to show you proof of your worker's negligence towards my vehicle. I also attached the final bill that I had to pay for that you your company should have fixed. This could have been a catastrophic event if my engine would have unhinged or overheated while driving due to your company's negligence.”

“My mechanic no called no showed two days in a row. When I said I had the parts (because the mechanic who finally came out couldn’t get a brake hose for some reason), they tried to charge MORE for the repair without the parts. Then I did one of the two repairs (brake hose and brake bleed) I had scheduled myself (because of the brake hose and no show fiasco) and they still charged me full price for it.”

“I was charged and initial $150 for this company to come out and diagnose the issue with my truck on 8/12. The mechanic who came out advised it was the alternator and another part that goes with it. I was told he would order the part and return on 8/14 to repair it. The same night he cancels out the order. I call to inquire why the order was canceled and it was incomplete and he says because he could not move to his next order without doing so but he would still come fix it. A day later he reschedules and tells me that another mechanic would be coming due to scheduling issues on 8/15 now instead. This is my only vehicle so I had to rent a car this entire time and come out of pocket as well while they scrambled to find a mechanic, which should've been a red flag. Finally a guy comes on 8/15 to repair it. The car comes on and I'm able to drive but on 8/18 my AC goes out and my engine temperature overheats. I call the company today on 8/19 to advise them that they need to send someone out because obviously something was done incorrectly and they are trying to charge another $150 just to do that! They claim to have a 12 day/12000 mile warranty but that's a sham because they are trying to make me pay to honor it. I've already came out of pocket over $1k for their faulty work with no car to drive again. This is seriously a scam and I'm considering suing because they shouldn't be able to continue to get away with this.”

“I would give them a zero if I could. Dispatcher blew off the appointment and no one called, when I called they said they would call back and never did. I called the next day to reschedule, they scheduled me for 3pm the driver showed up at 4:45. He just took a second to look at my car and told me I had a blown engine and would cost 20k to fix-- for a TOYOTA YARIS. He suggested i get a second opinion. 😒 when I called to ask for a discount for the inconvenience they blew me off. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE SCAMS!!!”

“If I could give less than 1 star I would. I scheduled a thermostat replacement based on the car running hot and the fan working fine. The mechanic changed the thermostat and everything appeared to be great but then 40 minutes later my car ran hotter than it did before so the mechanic met me at O’Reillys and proceeded to tell me the thermostat didn’t seem to be the problem, he “thinks” it’s the $500 fan and another 3 hours of labor. Clearly I’m not a mechanic so I relied on their expertise in this area but it turned out to be more scam than help. Customer service was a joke, giving me a Burger King burger and fries analogy, he clearly didn’t understand the irony there(cold burgers and terrible service) or the fact that it wasn’t an apples to apples comparison. It was nothing close to what I expected and I certainly won’t use them again or allow my friends or family to be scammed by them.”
