My condenser fan wasn’t coming on. Darrell came out & checked everything. And found the condenser fan motor was worn out. He came back the next morning & installed it. I called back 2 days later (and spoke with Vanessa who is very helpful and friendly) with a question about how my thermostat was not going off right away after reaching the set temperature. Darrell came back out that afternoon & checked it and explained how that’s normal and why it does this (I never noticed before). He is very friendly & knowledgeable. I’ve used Ropers before & found them to be reliable.

Dirk's team is definitely above the curve. Really appreciated just having the phone be picked up by someone (Vanessa) incredibly friendly, helpful and understood how to note our issue within their system and get it scheduled right then and there, which they did within one business day! She also informed me of their pricing ahead of time so there were zero surprises.
We had some other HVAC pros unrelated to Ropers handle this and unfortunately did not finish the job and didn't want to help any further. We had put in a whole home AprilAire 800 Steam Humidifier system, so we can keep the humidity levels in check throughout the entire year, both for health and wood flooring reasons. Sadly, the techs who installed it initially did not thoroughly troubleshoot or wire up the system correctly and would only work under heat and fan "on" calls, it would not call the hvac directly, nor would it turn off when AC calls were made.
Raul and Brandon, both professional and friendly, came out today, and had it corrected in under (1) hour, and that was both issues!!
The humidifier now works EXACTLY the way it's supposed to.
