I am so happy with my experience with Air Experts USA! Tamer is the best. When I started having furnace problems, I called multiple companies to come take a look at it. Every other company said replacement was the only option. Tamer was the only one who explained that it could be repaired and was willing to do that, but he also clearly explained the pros and cons of replace vs repair so I could decide for myself. In the end I decided to replace and he was so thoughtful in helping me select a new furnace. The installation went above and beyond, looks much cleaner and better done than the original, and they left my home cleaner than they found it. They were kind, honest, great with my dogs, and beat the next best quote by $500. He also offers a 5yr labor warranty, which was the longest of any company I contacted! Highly recommend. TAMER saved the day TWICE. The first time, my furnace went out the winter that I bought my townhome, Tamer came though, sold me a new furnace at a fair price and kept my family warm for the winter. This morning (4 years later) My furnace went out (the day before Thanksgiving). Tamer took my 6:30AM call, came out in the morning, went and got a new control board (under warranty) and had it installed by 10:30AM. I have a happy wife and kid who are not freezing today because of TAMER. I am an Air Experts customer for life!

I previously used Air Expert USA for simple maintenance, such as an AC recharge, and had no major issues. However, when my furnace would not heat above 70°, I contacted them to diagnose the problem.
They came out, but without any notice, they left. When I called to ask for a status update, I was told they had gone to get parts. The next day, I was told the parts had been ordered. A few days later, I called again and was told they would check whether the parts had arrived. About a week later, I was told the parts had come in but that they were “buried with work” due to the February cold snap.
Although the furnace was technically still running, it was not heating properly. I told them I could wait another week if necessary. However, despite multiple calls from me over more than two weeks, they failed to return my calls and never provided a clear answer or timeline.
I felt completely run around in circles. If a company is too busy or unable to handle a repair, they should simply say so. Instead, I received excuses, no follow-through, and no communication.
There are many heating and air companies available. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you want clear communication, reliability, and professionalism. Unfortunately, this company did not provide that.
Do not waste your time with Air Expert USA.
