This company is a complete and total Fraud. They doctored the notes on the service call and submitted that to American Express. So I am being charged for work that wasn’t done. They should lose their license and charged with fraud. How this company stays in business is beyond me. I had a simple job that turned into a Nightmare. The repairman didn’t have the right tool. Spent an hour cursing and trying to find the right tool. Never did. Chipped both drawers and wouldn’t own up to it. Even though the drawers have never been removed before. Absolutely infuriating

This company demonstrated an alarming lack of professionalism, communication, and respect for its customers’ time. I booked an urgent service call due to a leaking toilet—an issue I made clear was not merely inconvenient but also carried the risk of odor and potential damage to the downstairs unit. I was assured a technician would arrive between 9:00AM and 2:30PM. At 11:30AM, I proactively followed up and was told there were “multiple technicians in my area” and that someone could be dispatched within 30–60 minutes. This reassurance led me to wait rather than seek help elsewhere. By 2:00PM—with no arrival and no proactive communication on their part—I called again. Only then did they inform me that no technician was available at all and that the earliest they could send someone would be tomorrow. To make matters worse, my initial call was hung up on when I pressed for confirmation, forcing me to call back just to be told the opposite of what I had been promised. The most troubling aspect is that they never should have promised a same-day visit in the first place if there was no guarantee. To represent availability as certain, when in reality no technician was ever assigned, was not just careless—it was deliberately misleading. This was not a matter of a scheduling mishap; it was a pattern of false assurances and silence until I reached out. Their refusal to be transparent wasted critical hours and disregarded both the urgency of the situation and the basic courtesy owed to a customer. In sum, this company is disorganized, uncommunicative, and dismissive of the very real consequences their inaction created. A service provider who cannot communicate honestly or reliably about availability—especially in urgent circumstances—demonstrates not only incompetence but also a profound lack of respect for the customer.
